is a beautiful Mediterranean garden. From the terrace you can enjoy every evening a beautiful sunset.
AT 10 min. from the village San José and at 20 min. from Ibiza town.

By the entrance there is the hall. On the left a beautiful large kitchen with a cooking place, oven and a
refrigerator. There is a door for outside to go to one of the terraces. There is a big dining room
with dining table and two doors to go to the terrace.
Against the kitchen there is a comfortable sit area with satellite TV, DVD and a stereo installation.
There is a big salon, with comfortable furniture
and a little library in an other room.
In the main house there are 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
In the guesthouse there is a sitting/sleeping room and a bathroom
