type: By asphalted road leading from the centre of Ibiza by way of Ibiza
Nueva, or alternatively from the village of Jesus.

leaves from the port of Ibiza. Also possible by private car or bicycle, given
the proximity of the capital.

Sea bottom: Also sandy and covered with submarine vegetation from a certain
depth, alternating with rocky areas. Gradient is ideal for bathing, and there
is no danger since the shallow water extends many metres out from the shore.
Direction, prevailing winds: Its orientation to the south-east results in
prevailing winds from the sea to the land coming from the south.

SUMMARY COMMENT. The combination of an enclosed bay of shallow depth,
protected from the wind together with the capital's proximity with a full
range of services makes this an ideal place in which to sunbathe or have a
swim in full safety, as also the ideal venue for taking up the sport of
