Description and
type: Take the side-road to the left which begins on the outskirts of San Jose
(Kilometre 13 on the Ibiza-San Jose road) and follow the relevant signs along
the tarmaced road.

Sea bottom: Almost entirely sandy. Very gentle gradient gives a depth of one
metre at 25 metres from the shore, and allows you to walk out some 50 metres.
Direction, prevailing winds: Winds usually gentle and occasionally from the
land to the sea, although being a well-enclosed bay this does not present any
danger.
Panoramic aspects: The bay's unusual form results in what is practically a
natural swimming-pool, giving it considerable charm.
